Shipping policy

Every Future AstroSwag item is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is printed or embroidered after you place it, so there is a production window before it ships.

Production time

Most items take 2 to 7 business days to make. This is before any shipping time.

Delivery

Carrier delivery time depends on your address. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Where we ship

United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on what is in your cart. You will see the exact amount before you pay.

Orders with more than one item

Items are sometimes made at different facilities, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Wrong address

We cannot reroute an order once production has started. If you spot a mistake, email ryan@futureastronautco.com right away and we will do what we can.

Lost, damaged or misprinted

Email ryan@futureastronautco.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the problem. See our Return and refund policy for how replacements work.
