How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order. Production takes about 2 to 7 business days, then it ships. You get a tracking email the moment it leaves the print facility.
Where do you ship?
United States only for now. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.
Why did my order arrive in two boxes?
Items are sometimes made at different facilities, so a multi-item order can arrive in separate packages on different days. You are never charged extra for that.
Can I return or exchange something?
Because every item is made for you, we cannot take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. We will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or defective. Email ryan@futureastronautco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You do not have to ship it back. Full terms: Refund policy.
How do I pick a size?
Check the Size Guide before you order. It names the exact blank each item is printed on, with the maker's official measurements and fit notes. Two worth knowing: the Basic Hoodie runs small, and the oversized tees are cut oversized on purpose.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us right away. If production has not started we can cancel or fix the address. Once an item is in production it cannot be changed.
My package says delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email us within 30 days of the last tracking update and we will sort it out.
How do I care for printed items?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang. No bleach, no ironing directly on the print.
